An additional $50 one-time membership fee is collected upon enrollment.

Yes, your plan will renew automatically each year. If you wish to cancel your plan, we request you do so in writing 60 days prior to the anniversary of your agreement. Please notify us of any changes in information and billing at least 15 days prior to your billing date. 

Your payment information (credit card) is entered into a secure portal when you sign up for your plan. You can choose your preferred draft date between the 1st-15th of the month.

When you sign up multiple pets at the same time, you will only pay the one-time $50 enrollment fee once (not for each pet).

Wellness Plans helps keep senior pets feeling well as they age. Your Wellness Plan can be customized based on your pet's unique recurring needs, and that includes aging-related requirements! During your older pet's wellness exams they will be screened for age-specific concerns.

Wellness plans cover the routine care that all cats and dogs need (core vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, and more). You will also receive a 10% discount on any other service your pet needs, excluding food and grooming.
