Why Preventive Care Matters

Pets can appear healthy even when an illness or parasite is developing. Regular wellness exams, bloodwork, fecal testing, and heartworm testing help us identify concerns early, when they may be easier to treat. These visits also allow our veterinarians to evaluate your pet’s nutrition and overall health.

Yes. You may pay for the entire year when you enroll. A one-time $35 membership fee is also collected at enrollment.

  • Can I make monthly payments?

Yes. Your credit card information will be entered into a secure payment portal. You may choose a monthly withdrawal date between the 1st and 15th.

  • Will my Wellness Plan renew automatically?

Yes. Your plan will renew annually unless you request cancellation.

  • Is there a discount for enrolling multiple pets?

When multiple pets are enrolled at the same time, you will pay the one-time $35 enrollment fee only once.

  • Are Wellness Plans beneficial for young and senior pets?

Yes. Preventive care helps puppies and kittens establish a healthy foundation, and their recommended vaccinations are included in the monthly fee. Regular care can also help senior pets remain healthier and more comfortable as they age.

  • Should I renew my pet’s plan each year?

We recommend continued enrollment so your pet receives routine preventive care every year.

  • What happens if my pet passes away?

If your pet passes away during the 12-month commitment, we will cancel the plan immediately.

  • Is a Wellness Plan the same as pet insurance?

No. Wellness Plans cover routine preventive care, such as wellness exams, vaccinations, testing, and parasite prevention. Pet insurance is generally intended for unexpected illnesses, injuries, and emergencies.

  • Will the plan cover all of my pet’s healthcare needs?

No. The plan covers the routine preventive services listed in your pet’s selected package. Members also receive 10% off other eligible products and services, excluding diets and grooming.
